Do you have any pets?
Yes, at present we have one precious, adorable cock-a-poo.  We have also been home to many cats through the years.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or PayPal.  We also accept personal checks and will ship once your payment is processed.

Where are you located?
Our office address is 3511 Wedgewood Lane #177, The Villages, Florida 32162.  Orders are shipped from warehouses nationwide.

Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax for shipments to Florida addresses only. If your order is shipped to another US state, no sales taxes are charged.  We do not ship outside the continental United States at this time.

 How soon may I expect to receive my order?
Once your order is received, you will hear from us indicating the approximate time for delivery.  Usually within 10-14 business days and as soon as your payment/check is processed.  If a product is out of stock or delayed for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as we learn of the delay.
